Ordering & Shopping
How do I place an order?
Just shop online, add your favorites to your cart, and check out. You can choose pickup or delivery (where available) during checkout.
Is there an order deadline?
Yes! We have weekly order deadlines so we can harvest and pack everything fresh. You can always find the latest cutoff times on our Order & Pickup page.
What kinds of products do you carry?
We offer organic microgreens, homemade baked favorites, pantry staples, pet treats, seasonal produce, and other local goods from our trusted farm partners.
Can I shop without creating an account?
Yes, but creating an account makes checkout faster and lets you track orders and use Farm Member Credits easily.
Pickup & Delivery
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup locations and times are listed during checkout.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer FREE delivery throughout the state of Indiana. Delivery options and pricing will show at checkout if it’s available for your address and location.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Absolutely! Just make sure they have your name and order details.
Farm Member Credits
What are Farm Member Credits?
Farm Member Credits are flexible credits you can use like gift cards with no expiration, no weekly commitment, and no pressure. They’re a simple way to keep local food in your home and support our farm year-round.
Do Farm Member Credits ever expire?
Nope! Farm Member Credits never expire.
Is this a traditional CSA?
No. Farm Hub Credits are not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, weekly boxes, or required schedules.
Can I use my credits on anything in the shop?
Yes, credits work throughout the shop unless an item is clearly listed as excluded.
Can I add more credits later?
Yes! You can add Farm Member Credits anytime.
Can I use Farm Member Credits and a discount code together?
That depends on the promotion. If a code can be stacked, you’ll see it apply at checkout.
Gifting & Referrals
Can I gift Farm Member Credits?
Yes, they make a wonderful gift for birthdays, new babies, holidays, or just because. Local food is love.
How does “Refer a Friend. Pay it Forward" work?

Will my friend be forced to sign up for anything?
Nope. We’ll contact them to let them know they were chosen by you and any signups are always optional.
