What in the World is a Microgreen? Let's Start There.
Plain and Simple: Tiny leaves. Big nutrition.
If you've ever wondered what to do with those little greens in the package, you're in the right place.
Microgreens are young vegetable and herb seedlings harvested just after their first true leaves appear. They're packed with flavor, beautiful on the plate, and concentrated in nutrients compared to their mature counterparts. Best of all? They're one of the easiest ways to add fresh vegetables to meals you already love.
Think of them less like a garnish and more like an ingredient.
Blend them into smoothies. Toss them into soups. Fold them into eggs, meatballs, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, tacos, pizza, salads, or grain bowls. Sprinkle them on just before serving for a burst of fresh flavor and nutrition.
Whether you're new to microgreens or you've been enjoying them for years, we hope these recipes inspire you to eat a little more intentionally, one handful at a time.
