Storage & shelf life

Keep refrigerated and dry, ideally at 34–38°F. Rinse gently just before use, then pat or spin dry. Most varieties are best within 5–7 days of harvest or delivery; basil and arugula within 4–5 days. Sunflower and pea shoots may last a day or two longer. Store in the original container or a loosely closed bag with a dry paper towel, away from apples and bananas. Discard greens with slime, an off smell, or significant deterioration. Contact the farm if your order arrives damaged or develops spoilage signs within 48 hours. Freshness varies with home storage.
